A sizzling plate of tofu is all I need today. I am trying to eat plant based proteins because I have recently been working out. I try to balance eating healthy and getting fit. I think I may have to order this sizzling tofu more often because pork and beef feels so heavy in my tummy and I think I need more proteins to get toned so tofu will be the substitute for the meats. I may have to look for other optons, too so I won't get tired to the same taste over and over.
