Hello everybody,
Last Friday, me, hubby and our drilling crew traveled early, before sunrise just here within Mactan Island, in another Barangay at Maribago, near the seashore.
The place is called Korean Country because almost all the businesses here is run by Korean partners from tall buildings, resort, groceries, massage and beauty parlors, restaurants, disco bars...etc.
Before we arrived at the project site we took our breakfast at a small eatery just by the roadside.
I ordered the hot fish soup, we call "tinuwa." I do not know what fish was it.
I loved the hot soup, nice on my stomach, not salty, a little chilly because of the ginger, little sour because of the "iba" hahaha...I do not know the english term, plus it has "lukot" - seaweeds plant like spaghett look. Yummy, Yummy!
My fave part that I ate first as always, the eyes! hek hek hek. I don't know why.
Grateful so so, the day started with full stomach, our crew was energetic that day, the project was successfully done, before lunch, thus, we went home early.
