Esteem is a Mobile/PC application built on the steem blockchain that provides an interface for steem users to access, edit and manage their various accounts.
Steem the blockchain was launched in March 2016 and ever since then, different Dapps has successfully being built on it to serve various purposes.
Esteem is among the Dapps currently available on the Steem blockchain that hopes to provide unique tools that would allow Steem users to easily access, edit and manage their accounts on the Steem blockchain.
Esteem comes in two versions, the PC surfer and the mobile app.

As usual, to gain access to the esteem surfer or the mobile app a steem account is required.
Different options are currently available to create a steem account which can be done within seconds or days, depending on your choice.

Not to confuse or misdirect you, we shall focus on the mobile version of Esteem.
After successfully creating a Steem account, your posting or Active key is required to log into the Esteem mobile app.
To get any of the required keys, use the steps listed on this Tutorial.

It allows you to curate/reward befitting posts
Create contents
Follow and unfollow users
View your wallet and unclaimed payouts (if any).
Active Key
You can do the above with an Active key and more which includes,
Claim Payouts (if any)
Transfer steem and sbd to others
View your posting key and others.

After successfully downloading the mobile app from Google playstore
Launch the app and sign in using the required information (your username and posting key).
You have successfully gained access into Esteem mobile app.

Esteem mobile app notifies users about activities going on with their account.
It can be activated or deactivated via the app setting.
When activated, users will have notifications as they would with any other app like messaging app and others.

With the option to minimize the app without having to log in regularly, security becomes an issue.
Esteem saw this and included a four-digit security pin which can be configured.
When a user minimizes the app for a long time, they are required to log in with the right security pin before gaining access to the account once more.

Some time back, Steemit and other interfaces observed issues logging into their platform, the problem arose due to some servers being down.
Esteem provides a wide range of server selection to ensure that users will be able to come online if for any reason the above were to happen again.
Different currencies to display payout
Payout by default is in USD and users are required to convert them via any exchange means available to get payouts in their various local currency.
Esteem created the option to get payouts in your preferred currency.

Most times, ideas on various topics come to mind but not wanting to spam our followers with multiple posts we end up creating a single content while forgetting about others.
With the option to draft, such ideas can be documented and stored pending when the user sees fit to publish it.
