Good point. Laguna Lake and Pasig River waters are connected to Manila Bay. Both bodies of water needs rehabilitation because of so many trash there too. Thus, Laguna Lake needs rehabilitation, and Pasig River. Both causes floods too. If it was rehabilitated, then they will both become beautiful too.
