Mindfulness and meditation's effects on health

I'm on the grass, under the tree, I can feel the touch of the air and the birds are singing. It is refreshing and it gives me good ambiance, that's how I meditate. Every time I'm reading the bible and I usually look at the creatures and and take a deep meditation. It really helps us, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
