Very good post, @lights. Strategic planning is a concept that, although with a few years in vogue, still has an undeniable validity, as is well expressed in your presentation. In my workspaces I have insisted on the need to apply it, but unfortunately, many officials do not like to make diagnoses and establish objectives and goals, much less evaluate. So, as a major consequence, we have an institution or organization that is adrift, attending only to contingencies. In our personal life it is also applicable and necessary.
