Congratulations @bearone, that is wonderful news. I don't think the end of the thirties is old, this is the 21st Century where more mature women are deciding on having babies now that their professional careers are under control.

Yeh I have noticed more women are having babies around 40. I think for me I know my energy levels aren't the same anymore and I had been sick on and off last year, so I had a lot to consider moving forward.
There's also the risk factor of having a baby in your 40s and I wanted to avoid that as much as possible.
I will say we're very careful about everything right now especially food and diet and stress.
