Your videos also seem very good, I just thought I'd give you some quick feedback regarding Steem(it), since it works a bit differently than other social media (based on my experience):

Usually, it's better to create max. 1 post every day, unless you're producing more than one video per day.

Also, just having a post as a "placeholder" for the video doesn't really work, or isn't resulting in a lot of upvotes/high upvote values. I can only speak for myself, but I personally don't like it when somebody is "reusing" content from other social media platforms; thus I'm not rewarding it.

An alternative would be if you'd write down some thoughts exclusively for Steem about them video; and/or if you'd summerize the video a bit.

Last but not least, in order to get more eyes for your posts, the best way is to interact sincerely with other people/on other posts.

So with that said: great to have you here on Steem!
