이 시대의 우리네 교회는 미혹의 영에 대해 무지하며, 싸울 생각조차 없으며 싸워도 이길 능력도 없습니다.
Churches today do not have power to fight and win over spirits of falsehood; they are not even aware of them, most of the time.
그래서 철저하게 유린당하고 살육당하고 있죠.
So they are being completely devoured.
그러나 천천히 데워지는 냄비 속에서, 자신이 삶아진다는 사실조차 모르는 개구리와 다르지 않습니다.
But they have no idea it’s happening.
교회문턱을 닳도록 다녀도, 목사가 시키는 대로 희생적인 신앙행위를 열정적으로 해도, 기도원에 가서 엄청난 헌금을 드려가며 목이 터져라 기도해도, 삶의 문제가 해결되지 않으며 고단하고 팍팍한 삶에서 헤어나지 못하는 이유이기도 하죠.
So they stay in that vicious cycle, even after all the church activities they rigorously participate that do not bring anything back.
하나님이 외면하고 계시기 때문이에요.
God has turned away.
왜냐면 당신은 하나님이 싫어하는 죄를 밥 먹듯이 짓고 있으면서, 회개할 생각조차 없기 때문입니다. 회개는 고사하고, 어떤 죄를 짓고 있는지 조차 모르죠.
He has turned away because they sin every moment of their lives but have no intention to repent; they don’t know what sins they are committing.
미혹의 영이 넣어주는 생각을 받아들여 죄를 켜켜이 쌓아두고 있습니다.
They stack up their sins as well as accepting thoughts spirits of falsehood give.
그래서 오늘은 미혹의 영이 공격하는 지 알아채는 팁에 대해 말씀드리겠습니다.
So I’d like to talk about spirits of falsehood and their ruse.
아시다시피, 미혹의 영은 속이는 귀신이라는 의미예요.
As you know, spirits of falsehood are the spirits that deceive you to sin.
속이는 방식은, 사람의 머리를 타고앉아 생각을 넣어주는 겁니다.
They fool you by putting their own thoughts inside your head.
그래서 미혹의 영이 공격하기 시작하면 그 생각을 떨쳐내는 게 쉽지 않습니다.
So it’s hard to shake these off once they start attacking.
그래서 결국 미혹의 영이 쳐놓은 죄의 덫에 걸려 허우적거리며 고통스러워하게 됩니다. 그렇다면 미혹의 영이 자주 사용하는 죄의 덫을 살펴보겠습니다.
And you end up falling into their traps and suffer. So let’s take a look at the traps they use to get you.
분노, 짜증, 억울함, 상처
Rage, frustration, resentment, and pain
위의 부정적인 생각들은 죄다 이웃을 사랑하지 않는 죄의 목록입니다.
These are all sinful thoughts of not loving your neighbors.
그래서 이런 생각을 받아들이면 죄를 짓게 되지요.
So you’d be sinning if you accept these thoughts.
그러나 이런 생각을 받아들이면 끈적끈적해서 도저히 떨어져 나가지 않습니다.
These thoughts are really, really, hard to get rid of.
그래서 사람들과 불화하며 싸우게 되고, 심하면 헤어지고 분열하게 되기도 하고요.
These thoughts create conflicts and fights, and they lead to division.
그래서 부부가 이혼을 하고, 부부 자식 간에도 원수가 되고, 직장동료와 담을 쌓고, 회사에서 노사 간에 치열하게 싸우고, 교회 안에도 피터지게 싸워 쪼개지는 일이 흔합니다.
Couples file divorce; parents and children become worst enemies; employees fight one another; church is no different.
특히 분노조절이 되지 않는 사람은 탁월한 능력의 미혹의 영들이 꽉 차 있다고 보면 틀림없습니다.
These people--especially the ones with anger management issues--are full of spirits of falsehood inside their head.
이런 사람은 불평불만을 입에 달고 살고 욕이 입에 배어있기도 하죠.
These people constantly spew profanity and complaints.
그래서 이런 사람이 본인은 물론, 가족이나 직장동료라면 영혼이 상해서 항상 마음이 고통스럽게 살게 됩니다.
These people always are miserable; and usually, their families and close friends become part of it, too.
그러나 이 공격이 미혹의 영의 공격이라고 생각하는 이들이 얼마나 될까요?
But who’d think these things are caused by demons?
걱정, 염려, 두려움, 불안, 조급함
Concerns, worries, fear, and impatience.
이런 부정적인 생각은 불신앙의 죄의 목록입니다.
These are considered being faithless.
그러나 이런 생각을 하지 않고 사는 사람들은 거의 없어요.
But no one is really ree from these thoughts.
특히 남자보다 여자, 중년층보다 노인층이 심합니다.
Women, more than men, and elderly, more than young, tend to accept these thoughts more.
육체적으로 경제적으로 힘이 없고 취약한 사람들이 이런 부정적인 생각을 쉽게 받아들입니다.
Usually, the ones with less physical and financial power tend to accept these thoughts more.
특히 두려운 사건, 걱정스런 환경이나 상황, 부정적인 조언을 들었을 때, 부정적인 뉴스를 접했을 때 부정적인 생각들이 쉽게 들어와서 믿음을 무너뜨립니다.
These thoughts come in and make you stumble when you hear and think about desperate situations or news.
이렇게 부정적인 생각들이 쉽게 들어오고, 한번 들어오면 쉽게 떨어져 나가지 않는 이유는, 이런 생각은 미혹의 영이 집요하게 넣어주는 공격이기 때문이에요.
These thoughts come easily but never go away as easily; spirits of falsehood keeps filling your head with such thoughts.
게임, 포르노, 술, 담배, 도박, 쇼핑 등의 쾌락을 좇는 생각
Pleasure-pursuing thoughts for games, porn, drinks, cigarettes, shopping, gambling, etc.
위의 대상들은 육체의 쾌락을 넣어주는 것들입니다.
These are what give you pleasure.
게임에 빠진 자녀들은 성인이 되어도 PC방 폐인이 되어서 평생 인생을 망치는 길로 가게 됩니다.
Children who get into games grow up and often waste away at internet cafes.
음란물에 빠지면 성충동에 이끌려 범죄자의 길로 들어가기 십상이고, 재산과 직업을 잃고 정신이 황폐해지며 삶이 피폐해지며, 가정을 가졌다면 부부싸움 끝에 갈라서게 되죠.
Porn often leads you to sexual crimes, and money breaks people apart.
알코올 중독은 더 이상 설명이 필요 없는 패가망신의 지름길이기도 합니다.
I don’t have to even mention alcoholism.
그 뿐 아니라 담배나 도박, 쇼핑 등은 죄다 한번 맛들이면 끊을 수 없는 중독자가 되어 인생을 망치게 됩니다.
Things like smoking, gambling, and shopping are easy to become addicted, ruining your life.
그 이유는 미혹의 영이 머리를 타고앉아 육체의 말초신경을 조종하며 쾌락의 노예로 만들기 때문입니다.
That’s because spirits of falsehood sit on your head, tempting you to follow what your body desires.
낙심, 절망, 회의, 자포자기, 자괴감, 죄책감, 자살충동
Disappointment, despair, guilt, triggers to commit suicide
미혹의 영은 믿음을 무너뜨리는 데 선수입니다.
Spirits of falsehood are geniuses when it comes to destroying faith.
그래서 사람들이 추구하는 일이나 공부, 신앙 등에 실패하게 만들어서 절망스런 생각을 받아들여 자포자기하며 심지어는 자살충동을 일으키기도 하죠.
So they cause people to fail and it becomes easier to accept negativity; some even think about killing oneself after failures.
절망이나 낙심들의 생각은 미혹의 영의 공격 중에서도 치명적입니다.
Despair and disappointments are critical attacks spirits of falsehood launch.
그래서 이미 뇌를 파괴하여 정신질환에 걸린 우울증, 공황장애, 정신분열 등의 환자들이 이런 공격에 몹시 취약하며, 이런 공격을 받으면 치명적이지요.
People who’ve been attacked already have their brains damaged, making them sucepetible.
슬픔, 서러움, 억울함 등의 자기연민
Sadness, resentment, and bitterness
자기 연민은 하나님보다 자기를 사랑하는 우상숭배로서 사악한 죄이다. 특히 이런 공격은 감정이나 느낌에 잘 넘어지는 여성에게 두드러지게 나타납니다.
People who love themselves more than God is committing blasphemy for idolatry. This tends to happen to more women than men.
그러나 남성들도 이런 공격에 취약하기는 마찬가지예요.
But that doesn’t mean men are completely free from them.
세상 사람들이 좋아하는 유행가나 소설, 드라마 등도 이런 주제를 즐겨 사용하여 사람들의 눈물샘을 자극하여 인기를 끌고 있습니다.
Things like songs, novels, and TV shows use these feelings as main theme, making the audience cry.
이런 공격에 영혼이 병든 사람들이 우울증 환자들이며 자살로 생을 마치는 경우가 허다합니다.
Many people end up depressed, taking their own lives in severe cases.
자기의, 자기만족, 자존심
Self-righteousness, self-satisfaction, and pride
어떤 일에 성취가 있거나 괄목할 만한 결과가 나면 사람들은 기고만장해지고 교만해지기 일수입니다.
People with achievements (that earns respect of others) are easy to become proud.
특히 세상의 각 분야에서 성공하였거나, 권력을 쥔 정치가, 재력가, 연예인, 가수 등 은 자존심이 강하고, 자기 의를 내세우기 쉽죠.
Politicians, big CEOs, singers, etc….. Public figures are often proud and self-centered.
교회 안에도 이런 사람이 적지 않습니다.
There are a lot in churches as well.
목회자나 장로 등의 교회지도자이거나, 전도를 많이 하거나, 성경지식이 많거나, 헌금을 많이 드린 교인 중에 이런 성향이 큽니다.
Pastors, elders, people with vast knowledge, people who brought many people to church, people with huge amount of offering money… many act out of pride and self-satisfaction.
이런 사람들은 감사가 없으며, 남이 알아주지 않으면 분노하거나 정죄하거나 시험에 들기 십상입니다.
These people don’t thank others, are attention-hungry, critical of others, and easily tempted.
그러나 이런 생각들은 죄다 하나님께 감사하거나 영광을 돌리지 않는 패역무도한 죄입니다.
These tendencies are all sins that stops people from glorifying God.
그러나 높은 신분이거나 각 분야에서 성공한 사람들은 자기를 높이려는 교만한 마음이 떨어지지 않는 이유는 미혹의 영이 집요하게 넣어주어서 죄를 짓게 하고 있기 때문이에요.
The reason people want bigger attention for themselves is because spirits of falsehood keep whispering in their ears for entitlement.
육신을 따르는 자는 육신의 일을, 영을 따르는 자는 영의 일을 생각하나니 육신의 생각은 사망이요 영의 생각은 생명과 평안이니라 육신의 생각은 하나님과 원수가 되나니 이는 하나님의 법에 굴복하지 아니할 뿐 아니라 할 수도 없음이라 육신에 있는 자들은 하나님을 기쁘시게 할 수 없느니라(롬8:5~8)
Those who live according to the flesh have their minds set on what the flesh desires; but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires. 6 The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace. 7 The mind governed by the flesh is hostile to God; it does not submit to God’s law, nor can it do so. 8 Those who are in the realm of the fleshcannot please God. (Romans 8: 5-8)
전에는 우리도 다 그 가운데서 우리 육체의 욕심을 따라 지내며 육체와 마음의 원하는 것을 하여 다른 이들과 같이 본질상 진노의 자녀이었더니(엡2:3)
All of us also lived among them at one time,gratifying the cravings of our flesh[a] and following its desires and thoughts. Like the rest, we were by nature deserving of wrath. (Ephesians 2: 3)
미혹의 영이 넣어주는 생각은 상상을 초월할 정도로 많지만, 죄다 육체와 마음이 원하는 생각들입니다.
Thoughts spirits of falsehood put into people are all related to worldly pleasure.
이런 생각은 죄다 하나님이 미워하시는 죄악 된 생각입니다.
These are all despised by God.
그러나 이런 생각을 떨치지 어려운 것은, 미혹의 영이 머리를 타고앉아 집요하게 넣어주고 있기 때문이죠.
And these thoughts are hard to shake off, for spirits of falsehood tenaciously puts these thoughts inside people’s heads.
그래서 이런 악한 생각들과 피터지게 싸우지 않는다면 죄인으로 살다가 지옥에 던져지게 될 겁니다.
If you don’t fight against them, you know where you’d be headed.
그러나 안타깝게도 우리네 교회에서는 미혹의 영이 넣어주는 생각이 죄인지도 모르고, 종교행위만 반복하면서 죄를 켜켜이 쌓아두고 있으니 기가 막히는 일이에요.
Unfortunately, many do not even know these are sins; they just keep committing sins without even knowing.
악한 자의 나타남은 사탄의 활동을 따라 모든 능력과 표적과 거짓 기적과 불의의 모든 속임으로 멸망하는 자들에게 있으리니 이는 그들이 진리의 사랑을 받지 아니하여 구원함을 받지 못함이라 이러므로 하나님이 미혹의 역사를 그들에게 보내사 거짓 것을 믿게 하심은 진리를 믿지 않고 불의를 좋아하는 모든 자들로 하여금 심판을 받게 하려 하심이라(살후2:9~12)
The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with how Satan works. He will use all sorts of displays of power through signs and wonders that serve the lie, 10 and all the ways that wickedness deceives those who are perishing. They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. 11 For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie 12 and so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth but have delighted in wickedness. (2 Thessalonians 2: 9-12)
하나님은 미혹의 영을 보내어 미혹시켜서, 불의를 좋아하는 모든 자들로 하여금 심판을 받아 지옥 불에 던져지게 하겠다고 선포하셨습니다.
God sent us spirits of falsehood to test us and separate the sinners from the righteous and sent them to Hell.
그러나 우리네 교회에서는 불의를 쌓아두고 있으면서 구원을 받았다고 철썩 같이 믿고 있으니, 미혹의 역사를 모르는 교인들에게 닥칠 일을 생각하니 두렵고 섬뜩한 일입니다.
But most church people firmly believe in their salvation. It’s scary to think about what their future holds.
