Unfortunately, the problem here is that it's really easy to "log in" with a script. With the click of a button and some javascript, said script can theoretically invest drugs into the heist on thousands of accounts. These bots are taking zero risk, and they don't have to because the current system rewards their exploitative behavior. Dead accounts are less of a problem, but I like that you're thinking about solutions.
