Sadly, with the world being the way it is, I could VERY easily see where a law could be made by the ultra-wealthy where the only way you were allowed to speak or communicate was to sign a licence agreement to be able to do so. Just to try to stop those who are poor, and those fighting for the environment, for equality, ect, from having a voice.
