Haha… he keeps calling it a cheesecake- love it. A pie crust would be the ticket. Definitely sneak a bite before he wakes up. I always share, although somewhat reluctantly, but I always share with @Dandays. Now if he’s up and has passed over it as if he doesn’t want it then it’s all mine. Haha. Send some dates over here. I can’t find any in the stores yet and could use them for my sweetener :). I had no idea I’d miss so many ingredients moving here. I really didn’t know I wouldn’t have access to them.
