Your kids are so lucky getting all this delicious and creative lunches! Our auntie she is Japanese once she made us rice balls with sour plum in the middle it was so surprisingly delicious! Thinking about that sour plum makes my mouth watering already lol

😃Thank you. Your family is lucky! Look at those lovely fruit bowls and smoothies. 😋
Cool that you have a Japanese aunt. I bet she makes some creative dishes. I love the sour plums too. Some have a little crisp to them. They’re some honey-flavored ones that are soft and kind of melts in the mouth. I love them all. 😆

Hahahaha love the gif!!

Haha😂

My boys don’t like the plums. I usually make just a few rice balls with them. I also have to make sure that I remember which ones have plums inside. 😄

Yes kids will find it too strong for the taste. But when I was pregnant with both girls that all I crave.

😃That’s interesting.
I think it’s like that here too. Popular craving at that time.

Yay do you find American snack foods are always high in calories like something loaded with sugary or chips. But Asian traditional snacks are just so much healthier! I told my husband that too, I wish when I’m bored and wanting some snacks I could have snacks made of toufu or sour plums. Tasty and not so much calories.

There’re really some healthy traditional snacks. I should try some more out. 😃
Nice to pile up on some good snacks.
I realize too that foods here come in relatively small-sized packages. Maybe that helps in controlling consumption.
