So today was a glorious day indeed, to make things much better it was dedicated to Women. The games started at 8am as indicated earlier and we had all members of @bettervision and students from the Optometry Department over to celebrate the day together and to have fun. Five different set of groups were made and each group had their own jerseys based on their selected teams, this made them unique. Games played included soccer, Ludo, Oware, Cards, Fifa 19 and athletics involving a 100 and 200 meter race. The whole thing took ended at 5pm and @nattybongo was proudly the coordinator and MC. After everything there was the photoshoot session where each group got the chance to showcase their jerseys.

Also in honor of the International Women’s Day celebration there is going to be a free eye screening eye for the students of Kumasi Wesley Girls Senior High School which comes tomorrow the 9th of March, on the School premises, this is to show our love and appreciation for women in our own way that we can and to contribute to girl child education as we have been doing with @girlsfoundation, Ghana. Our eyes are key elements in the education process and as such we take it seriously to make sure that students have the best vision they can have and thus make the best of their learning process as made available to them.

We are thus grateful for the continual support of the steemit community and @fundition the great love they have shown us ever since we joined the blockchain, your support is indeed making a difference in the lives of others.
