I learnt how to play the keyboard in 2017 but I didn't learn from any teacher, so I feel I am lagging behind in so many aspects

If you feel like you are lagging just have a good “hour long” (or longer) improvisation session and take it from there. Improv is best for new discoveries and breaking through plateau’s
