Hello Hivean, welcome to my page. I'm @daniky, and this is my entry to hive music festival week 159 round 3. For this week, I'm presenting a cover of "Great is thy faithfulness," a very popular hymn of all time written by Thomas Chisholm (1866–1960) with music composed by William M Runyan (1870–1957) in Baldwin City, Kansas, U.S. This song has existed for over a century, and I'm inspired to share it with us.
I took just the first stanza of the song for my presentation. What inspired me to choose this song for this week was due to the fact that i thought very deep and discovered how faithful God has been to me. If not for His grace and faithfulness to me, i shouldn't have been here sharing this with us. They've been diverse challenges i went through the previous years and this year as well, and despite all these, i still keep moving. I believe our lives are testaments of how faithful our God is. Irrespective of whatever you might be passing through at the moment, i want you to know that God has been faithful to you and that he requires nothing else from you but a heart of praise and appreciation.
That you lost that contract you've laboured hard to get doesn't imply that God isn't a faithful father. That you lost your loved ones does not also mean that He is heartless. At times, some of these challenges might have happened to us as a trial or to test us in our pains. Many had said there's no God because of their conditions. Never let that be you. Instead, never stop acknowledging the good things He has done and the good ones he will still do for you. Be optimistic, be prayerful, and watchful as well. Never stop showing your appreciation to God. Be grateful for that little thing you have because once you show appreciation, it opens more doors of opportunities to your breakthrough.
