I miss fresh sugarcane. It grows here in the cold south but is no way as tasty.

Luckily, Sugar Cane stores carbon via what is called a 'C4' pathway, that means that it is one of the few agricultural crops that will benefit from global heating.

When a crop is a good one all it things remains good.
