At my parent's we had soto ayam almost every Sunday and after some time my mother switched it up with meals that take a bit more time to prepare.
That stewed chicken is looking juicy and tender and I've heard so much about rice and peas from the Caribbean, which makes me more curious about the taste. Oh and I actually like soursop, not just the juice, but also the fruit itself 😅.
