Who Can Apply?
Everyone. Active people who engage and stays out of trouble is obviously good candidates.
Well, around the lines in the quote, even me would be eligible and a pretty good candidate for a boost on this specific individual push. };)

Point taken, but I also said this:
I am not looking for people with 500+ Steem Power. I am looking for people with less than 500 Steem Power, and anyone, no matter the amount of Steem Power, as long as they have less than 500, can apply for a spot.
But I should probably have written that within the "who can apply section" as well, for clarity. I appreciate the nominations, I will look into both of them. :)

Haha, if you only knew that I barely was able to reach those glowing 500+ SP very recently after three gloomy years struggling on this thang. erm... clan, tribe, huddle on the steem blockchain. LoL
