I don't think I could cut out spices. I try to avoid salt and oil even though I like those tastes. I cut out most sugar. I only get it in fruit.
I think home cooked meals and garden foods are the best.
I need to buy some more land so I can plant trees and things that grow back year after year permaculture style.
I guess you are healthy. Exercise is important too.

All very good choices! Spices are fine if they are natural spices, but the mixed bottles that you buy at the shops generally have all sorts of rubbish in them.

Oh haha, I grow dry and crush my own chili peppers and herbs. The only spice I really buy is pepper and stuff I can't grow here like Indian spices. I prefer to crush them myself so I try to get the plant or whatever.

Thats really awesome!! And definitely NOTHING wrong with that!! I also grow all my own herbs, peppers, chillis etc.
