I did keto for a month last August. I really enjoyed how it made me feel, but I’m a snacker and I found my no carb snacks unsatisfying.
So I too fell off my wagon.
Lately I’ve been doing the 8 hours to eat 16 hours not. I find it works well with my system, I have never been much of a morning eater. So have little trouble stretching my first meal to after mid day.
At this point in my life... I’m not interested in getting fat, but am ok with a splodge of podge on my bones.
