As I read this post I am seeing the old saying that while the first problem is to produce wealth, the second one is to distribute. And I am impressed of doing so and searching ways to ensure it reaches the right people who deserve it. I would do this to encourage some steemians through having them take some promises on the platform and making them a reality. Prize before the work, for serious people, is an incentive!
