Setting @steem.dao as beneficiary should work. I've not found an official post about it but it's explained in the release notes associated wtih HF21: https://github.com/steemit/steem/releases/tag/v0.21.0

        This is correct developers have confirmed that while you can't transfer steem to @steem.dao that any sp/steem that is rewarded to it will be auto converted to SBD
