I also wonder who takes all the data in those massive data breaches Equifax, Target, banks ext. Millions of people's data taken. But I have never read about banks loosing billions or millions of fraudulent mortgages being taken.

Could this be the "agencies" getting the data they dont already have?

        Some years back when Yahoo got hacked, they all but stated directly that 'state actors' were the perps.
