Introductory comments
Well, it looks like we broke out of reversed card hell. At least that's a start. But this reading is still a mess. It is an amazing "intensification" (is that even a word?) of what was described here last week. As I wrote recently somewhere on this blog, when the Tarot talks to you like another person holding a conversation, it can literally send chills up your spine. It's like touching another dimension and feeling the power. There's no way to deny it -- or forget it either. (And here it is again.)
This reading says you've either been through a major ordeal lately -- or you're lined up to hit one soon. Either way, it will be ... memorable. (Oh, joy!)

This week's theme
The Magus = clarify your ideas & intentions; be specific on what you want to create & why; you have the skills & resources you need; it's time to turn thoughts into action; focus -- be direct & honest; ask for what you want exactly & then move on it; take stock of your assets (especially your intellectual gifts & abilities) and decide what to do with them ... now

This week's personal issue
Two of Fire = considering your next move; planning -- how to put ideas into action; assessing your options; staying in your comfort zone for the time being; you're in the very early stages of a new project or commitment / you may not be ready to "go public" yet
You have a lot of nice opportunities in front of you, but you're still making decisions. It's like looking at the selections on a dessert cart. Do you want some of this? Or some of that? Or some of both? Or neither? Do you want something else completely instead?

This week's emotional issue
Four of Water = being withdrawn, bored, burned-out, "not interested," exhausted, "hollow inside"
You may have too much going on to consider taking on anything more, or you may be recovering from an intense time of running yourself ragged. Either way, you're so stunned & exhausted all you want to do is sit and stare into space. You need to realign your focus, decide what's really important to you -- and take some steps to come alive again ... before too long.
Meanwhile, don't get tangled up with anything that doesn't really excite you or that you recognize from the start just "isn't you." The fact that you seem idle, that you have "a lot of time on your hands" for whatever reason may bring invitations (or hassle) from people who want help or who want to put you to work on their projects. Don't say "yes" just to keep the peace -- or get rid of them. You need some time to yourself.

This week's intellectual issue
Five of Wind = quarreling; confronting dissent / different ideas; philosophical disagreements; inner conflict; intellectual discomfort & ambivalence; being "of two minds" -- and not liking it; mentally overwhelmed; unable to think straight -- or reconcile what you know and believe; cognitive dissonance, being caught in a philosophical conundrum; lacking clear-cut answers or options
You feel caught in a lose-lose position; damned if you do, damned if you don't. You have been (or are) caught in a very abusive, unpleasant situation involving fights, disagreements, strife and resentment -- bullying, gaslighting, power plays, etc.
You feel stunned, confused, sad and disoriented. You may not know exactly what to think about what's happened -- or what's going on. You can't make good sense of it -- or you don't like what you've discovered at all. You have to adjust your thinking -- and deal with things you'd rather not know.
You may need to sit back, withdraw for a while, think about what you just witnessed -- or what happened to you. Resolving it will take some work and recovery. This really isn't something you can just shrug off -- and continue with business as usual. A significant piece of "philosophy" has been jangled, and you need time to put it right -- so you can carry on. Eventually.

This week's practical issue
Six of Earth = sharing your resources with those who need them -- including the wisdom of your experience / things that can help people get along better in life -- or learn from your mistakes & discoveries; supporting things you believe in & want to see flourish; contributing "something of value"
Considering all the mess I've described, this card's appearance is ... interesting. It suggests you will do more than learn to make "lemonade from lemons." You'll practically learn to spin straw (or another "S" word) into gold. Something really valuable.
You may put together some compelling insights and lessons that you and others can use in the future to predict (and maybe prevent) what has put you in such a state. It suggests literally the diamond that results from extraordinary pressure -- will be the gift you discover or build -- from your past turmoil during this coming week.
