Today I am sharing some photos of my recent visit to a theme park, named 'Vinno Jagat'. It's a native name means 'A different world'. I actually don't like to be on different rides that much. But as it's a great place for entertainment for kids; I have to visit there for my son. And another reason is the place is full of natural beauty, trees, flowers, natural water source and all.
How to go there
It's on a native town near Rangpur city- a northen district of Bangladesh. You can take any private transport to go there easily. It's about 350 kilometers from the capital Dhaka. You can take any local transport form Rangpur city. We took a local transport from the town.
What to see
The place is full of different rides; for kids, for adults. And there are some other entertainment centers as an artificial mini sea, a water park, 3D movie theater, ghost passage etc. I enjoyed the water park mostly. But it was a bit crowded. You have to purchase tickets separately for each rides or places. But you can take a bundle pack to enjoy different rides. The price is very reasonable.
Where to eat
There is a large restaurant with different kinds of foods. But to be honest the quality is not very good. So you can takeaway some food from your home or from outside. And if your are comfortable with our local food then it's the best decision to bring some food with you.
Where to stay
People usually visit there for a day only. But If you like to stay there, you can book any cottage. There are most probably four cottages. You may not avail it instantly. So pre-booking would be best. The cottages are full of modern facilities. We satyed for a while there, just for some rest and refreshments; as we went there for a day only.
Natural beauty
The place is surrounded by a lake. You can enjoy the fresh water and can enjoy boat ride. But swimming is not allowed. As there happened many incidents before. You can get a permit for fishing if you wish. Also you will find different rare types of plants and many flowers on the place. I enjoyed how green the whole place is. It was like a real refreshment for us.
