
Sunmer is coming, and I thought of preparing halo-halo for snacks. However, I pursued to cook bilo-bilo or tambo-tambong instead, as what you can see in the picture above.
Bilo-bilo is a Filipino delicacy, mainly made of rice flour or sticky rice. I used glutinous rice flour instead because sticky rice involves so much work.
Ingredients:

I used glutinous rice flour because it easily available. Sticky rice needs to be soaked in water, and grind. In this photo, water was already added in the flour.

Rice flour was molded into round-shape. Portions of the rice flour was dissolved in water for thickening of the sauce.

Tapioca starch. It is responsible for the color, but it's really a great addition for bilo-bilo.

Corn kernel. You can buy a sweet corn, but this one was the canned one.

Sweet potatoes, and saba banana. Better it was boiled before slicing them.

Coconut milk. All ingredients would be added here.
