This world is undoubtedly full of hostility. Whether you are in school, workplace, in public places, and even in your own home. At times, one don't realize he is becoming hostile even what his mouth speaks.
Students might bully other children. There is never a school without a bully, that's a FACT! Our workmates might go against us. Verbally abusive employers will demean their workers. Others might be living with superiority complex.
Living in this hostile world, we need a strong will. We need psychological, emotional, and mental resilience. If you are weak, this can affect your whole health. Things can be unavoidable. When people acts with so much regard of themselves, they can act superior against you. There had been cases of depression brought about by such experiences. If you are feeling depressed because of hostility, remember there are people around you who cares, and loves you unconditionally.
