Our province is usually one of the hottest places in the country during summer. However, DOST-PAGASA, the country's weather bureau haven't declared summer yet, but the weather is already hot since few weeks ago. It was due to the current drought the country is facing.
Due to hot weather, I am having frequent headaches. I feel weak that it is about to trigger asthma. It is bearable, but I feel like I just want to stay somewhere with shelter.
It is advisable that when you go out, there should be umbrella and water to keep up with the strong emissions of heat from the sun. If possible, do not go out during the peak of sun's heat. There are lots of diseases that are related to summer so we should strengthen our immune system to fight with bacteria and virus. People with hypertension should also take care on themselves because it's the season wheb it usually attacks.
May everyone have a fun summer, but keep ourselves free from illnesses.
