Life can be stressful. We face a lot of troubles, pains, suffering, and anything that may afflict us. Depression is taking its toll on many eventually leading to wrong decisions.
Amidst everything that are afflicting us, we should remind ourselves to smile. It's not a sign of self-denial that you are okay. It is a way to at least forget about anything that makes you suffer even in just a minute. Smiling has good effect on you. It soothes your facial muscles, and it has good effects on your mood.
So stay put, smile, and it will lighten your mood.
Reminder, smile when you're alone, otherwise, smiling without reason in public places will give a bad impression from passersby on you. 😂
