I started my morning with a refreshing cup of hot coffee. Afterward, I continued sewing a peci (traditional cap) that had been put off the previous day. The calm morning atmosphere was very conducive to focusing on completing this manual labor.
That afternoon, I went around delivering bread to my favorite shops around Jungka Gajah, North Aceh Regency. The weather was quite hot, but my spirits remained high.
As evening approached, I took the time to go into the fields to spray the corn plants. I noticed that the leaves were starting to show holes, likely due to a pest infestation. This spraying will hopefully help maintain plant health and yield a good harvest.
It was a busy, but productive day. Hopefully, tomorrow will be even better.
