The region is very similar with the foods. The Bollitos we call dumplings here. Sometimes made from just flour or with a little cornmeal. Here is a picture below. man I could go for some of your soup right now.

        Hi @dmilliz, yes, it's certainly very similar.
        It looks very good.
        But with pimples, here we call it menestron, when it has pimples.
        Truly, eating is a great pleasure.
