I think in this house I am the undisputed fried rice master, mostly because I can lift the work and I'm not afraid to use the stove on full blast with flames raging. If @sreypov had something to stand on to boost her height, I'm sure she'd be more willing to make fried rice. I've got a few recipes in the works, will definitely share soon.
