There is no corner of the Earth pizza hasn't touched. As you know I'm an Italist, so pizza is pretty tough unless it's made from fake cheese and meat, which I honestly don't like either.
However, sometimes we make puris, and lay out a spread of fresh toppings like shredded carrots, thin-sliced tomatoes, chilies, sesame seeds, onions, and more, and it's about the closest thing to a pizza we prepare. There is nothing worse than an undercooked pizza though, and this shop looks like they did you right, perfect amount of brownin'.
