Hey Actifitters and Steemians,
Thanks for stopping by, I truly appreciate it and hope you enjoy reading my actifit report for today.
I went for an early morning walk which lasted for about 50 minutes. I came back home and took a long bath, I took a long bath because I wasn’t going to the office to. I was going to an agricultural extension office to get some drugs and anti-mite cream/spray for the rabbits.

The road to the Agricultural extension office was under-construction and was very bad so I didn’t go with my car but rather used the services of motor bike men called Okada riders to get to the place. Why I prefer going to the Agricultural extension office to get the drugs for the rabbit is because you get the original stuff.

The way out of the agricultural extension office was a bit far, I came there with the services of a motor bike rider but I walked all the way out. That was indeed stressful because the sun was just overhead. I bought a really cold bottle of water and drained everything in my stomach because the thirst I was feel made me think I could finish the whole water in a river. Lol. Just kidding.

Back home I had unripe plantain porridge for dinner and boy that was well what it. I took a walk after resting for about an hour and then went for an evening walk. I guess that was a wrap for me and how my day went. Have a really good night rest you all.

I am playing today’s song for a dear friend @emergehealthier, in the time I’ve known her on Steem she has always had a good heart. She just lost her Mom and I hope the song helps as she and her sibling make arrangements for the funeral of their Mom. I told @mariannewest that my siblings and I were old orphans because we lost our Dad in a plane crash in 1996 and our Mom in 2015. And I can tell you it is not an easy thing to lose a loved one. You need all the support you can get. And I guess that is what friends are for, to help you get by. If you see this @emergehealthier, all I can tell you is that your mom would always be happy where she is if you and your siblings are happy and doing ok. Always stay strong for God is wit you.
