Summer Spent at Homonhon Island

I was looking at the beautiful pictures we had on one of our summer escapade this year. And it brought back all those lovely experiences we had.

It was our first time to visit Homonhon Island. It's safe to cross during summers, so we opt to spend the last few days in this far-fetch island.

For me, summer is at its best #ccc when it is CAREFREE, when I live with CONTENTMENT no matter what it brings, and when I cherish the CAMARADERIE of good friends.

CAREFREE.
Those carefree days of summer was worth remembering, breathing the freshest of air and enjoying the picturisque view. If time would permit us, we shall go back and stay longer next summer.

CONTENTMENT.
Life in Homonhon is free from fast-paced, with only four hours of generator-generated electric power, and with only few spots of minimal signal to connect to the outside world. Yet, ironically, it makes life uncomplicated.

CAMARADERIE.
We felt recharged with gusto, seeing the fiery zeal of the need greaters, who sacrificed themselves and left their comfort zone, to witness to this isolated territory, which is a far cry from modernity. It was also a joy to be with them as we all enjoy the wonders of nature.

Truly, summer is best remembered with these #ccc!
