Maybe a month or a year my steem power will rise if I say I'll upvote 10 percent maybe today it's been 0.001 but tommorow maybe 0.1 what could I do on that day? Today maybe I've 10 users and tommorow suppose 1000 what I'll do on that day? I am able to manage 0.001 but not able to manage 10 percent. Today I am doing 20 percent upvote to a single guy which is equal to 0.0018 and maybe it's enough.
