Yeah, the way it was, it was not sustainable. From outside we all knew that. What is the most worrisome is how they chose to address that. The way it was, it was is essence a ponzi, because all the people that buy in early get the biggest rewards earliest and then everyone else is fighting to catch up to them. To solve that they just had to add boosts and other such things that people want to buy that make it so people people that come in later can advance faster and catch up. Maybe a way to bomb buildings...though that might get some serious flak if you don't do it right.
But their solutions sucked.
It was a crummy clone of an old Facebook game, was implemented in a horrible way, and every step suggested they didn't know what they were doing.
I'm sorry I put money in, because I had hopes in the very beginning that it was just the very beginning and they would add features and fix things. Then they just face-planted. It was almost as if they actually got the code from someone else and had no idea how to make a successful game.
