Hello foodies bee community, today I want to show my method of cooking rice, the thing is, I love rice a lot, it gives me joy in eating, and it's not just me, most people in my family love rice too, my mum told me when she was a lady, her favourite food was rice.
So today I took out tomatoes, onions, grounded pepper, Maggi, salt and power oil.
I poured the tomatoes into a dish and turned it for about two minutes and added salt.
I took the pot out and put it on the fire, I use a local cooking method based on firewood and charcoal. Then I poured the oil into the pot, let it boil for five minutes and cut the onions into slices.
And finally I poured the tomatoes into the pot as well, put more firewood on the fire very well and let it boil.
Finally, I took the stew off the firewood and put the white rice in a flat plate, added some of the stew on the rice, ate and enjoyed the day.
This is my little method I used to prepare my rice every time I want to cook, thank you.
