Hi there Foodies & Vegans!
Who needs meat or fish, if you can have vegan Burgers like this!?
And if you think you are missing out on anything, eating vegan,
think twice, it's all about the roasting aromas & spices which
your brain is associating with meat.
Ok, c'mon, let's fix some Vegan Burgers:😋
The Veggie Paddies:
Meanwhile there are a lot of different veggie paddies that you can buy ready,
or you buy a vegan mix for paddies & fix them in the pan yourself.
These paddies are with mixed vegetables and oat flakes, plus i "pimped"
them with some pumpkin seeds (full of proteins & testosterone).💪
I love my olive oil, but you can fry them also with sunflower oil e.g..
Plus we add some red onions & fry them a little, too.
The Buns:
These are some spelt buns & i heated them a little in
the oven for some nice roasting aromas.
Not too long, so they still remain fluffy, but crusty
on the outside.😉
Cut up the tomatoes...
...and onions, which traveled back in time in my case...hehe...
Fixing our own Curry Ketchup with:
Mustard, tomato paste, curry powder, salt, pepper and
some fresh lemon, plus a little brown sugar...
Now, let's build them Burgers:
1.) We put the self made curry ketchup on the buns.
2.) We place a whole lotta organic salad & the paddies
onto the buns with ketchup.
3.) We place the cut-up tomatoes & the red onions onto
the veggie paddies
4.) Depending on how you like it, you put ketchup & mustard,
or any other vegan sauce on your top bun.
5.) Now close up the Burgers & create a solid structure. 😜
Finally, just enjoy your Vegan Burgers...
...next time i will get some vegan cheese & fix some
Vegan Cheeseburgers!😉 😋
