I have eaten coconut from the coconut palm trees, dates from the palms of the Middle East, and acai berries from the South American palms. But I have never seen "palm fruits" like the ones you show here. I have also never seen galangal, and had to go read about it to learn that it is similar to ginger. And I have never heard of enokitake mushrooms. So many exotic ingredients! Your finished curry dish looks good, though! 😋
