Reading about public administration is definitely useful, in a world overwhelmed with bureaucracy.
Such a book can be like a compass to help people with complicated bureaucratic issues.
I can tell you a little story about reading the same book twice.
The other day, I visited my local library, and asked to borrow a book for a second time.
The librarian reminded me of that.
My response to her was, more or less, the following: "A good book is like a good friend. Just like you want to see a good friend every day, you want to read a good book more than once, as well".
