RE: DashOutSunday-Jamaican Dinner and Family Dining on a Sunday

in ReggaeJAHM3 years ago

Mmmm yummy! I used to buy carrots weekly, but even the vendors said that they are now prized like diamonds. LOL! Not too happy with this inflation. For now, I switch to cabbages. Sunday dinners are really simple for us. It's just me and my daughter, so we tend to not cook much on the weekends. Have a fantastic week! :)

😃Thank you. Inflation is getting us left, right and center. The prices of many things are changing. Recently I picked up a big cabbage at Costco. One cabbage can be used in several dishes so it's a good pick.
It’s good that you don’t have to do too much cooking on the weekend. My boys are eating more and more these days so I’m planning on giving them more cooking lessons so that they can eventually prepare some of the meals.
😂😆😂 I had to make this post because my present Sunday dinners are simpler and are often “just what we have in the fridge and cupboards” or what we can cook up quickly. Haha! It took me down memory lane as to how “Sunday Dinners” were when I was a kid...nostalgic 🥰
Have a wonderful week as well. 🎶
