Haha, the curry ducks are more of a two person type dish now, not for an entire group of guests. Unless Hive goes to $100 somehow.
Naan bread is pretty much a fat roti the way I see it. But traditional Indian food definitely has more curry and other fluid dishes.
The eggs are boiled and peeled first. Then fried to get a rough baked exterior and then the curry sauce gets added for flavor. I often make it in tomato sauce as well.
