Hi @tanjakolader
I have been able to learn a lot about your country from your publications, and there is a big difference in the food that we have in other countries in South America, however, I must say that everything you have presented appeals to me. Something that I can see, and I must say that I even applaud is the constant contact with the natural that you permanently have, it is pleasant and generates tranquility.

Then I'm doing what I aim to do and that is bring some information from my home country out, whether it is good or bad 😅.
Oh and yes, the food differs because of the difference of immigrants in history: yes we've had slavery but also indentured laborers from India, China and Indonesia. Our cuisine is a bit similar with Guyana and some Caribbean islands.
But I'm definitely interested in the food and culture from other South American countries.

Thank you and I have to admit that we are rather fortunate and blessed that we can afford to get back to nature so often. I realize that a lot of locals can't afford such trips, which should actually be a right if you ask me.
