It speaks of the faithfulness of God in all our endeavor, indeed God has been faithful. It also speak of us rendering our praises to him because of his faithfulness in our lives.
It's also a sound of allegiance as the ending part says " I will praise you from everlasting everlasting to everlasting" this speaks of our continues praise to God our creator.
