Island in the Fog / Insel im Nebel

The thick fog just released the little island when I arrived.

Der dichte Nebel gab gerade die kleine Insel frei, als ich angekommen bin.

I took these pictures just a short time before yesterday's photos Subtle Sunday Morning / Feiner Sonntagmorgen.

While there was no fog at the reservoir, there was still a relatively thick fog at the Linsendorfer See about a kilometer away, which, however, started to dissolve while I was taking the photos.

Diese Bilder habe ich nur kurze Zeit vor den gestrigen Fotos geschossen - Subtle Sunday Morning / Feiner Sonntagmorgen.

Während später der Stausee nebellos gewesen ist, herrschte etwa einen Kilometer entfernt noch relativ dichter Nebel am Linsendorfer See, der sich jedoch noch während ich die Fotos gemacht habe, aufzulösen begonnen hat.

Due to the fog, the small island was very well isolated from the background and a beautiful and atmospheric picture was created.

The orange hue in the photos comes from the sun, which was just beginning to rise and shine through the dissolving morning fog.

Durch den Nebel wurde die kleine Insel sehr gut vom Hintergrund isoliert und es ist ein schönes und stimmungsvolles Bild entstanden.

Der orange Farbton in den Fotos kommt von der Sonne, welche gerade im Beginn war, aufzugehen und durch den sich auflösenden Morgennebel zu scheinen.

This lake is actually just a widened branch of the Drau river, which flows nearby.

Dieser See ist eigentlich nur ein verbreiterter Nebenarm der Drau, welche hier gleich in der Nähe zu einem See aufgestaut worden ist.
