Every Friday after playing in the park with my children or whenever our tummy is rumbling, we head for a quick two minutes walk to get a take away in this very tasty bakery.
The Bakery is a haven for middle eastern breads. They make breads from various country such as Roti, Pakistani. bread, Afghanistan bread and a lot more.
They also do varieties of Pizza, and uses only local ingredients.
Pizza is our favorite take away. It is always freshly made so a little bit of time requires you to wait, But hey, it's worth the time, Delicious to the last bit!
Another favorite of us and mostly my son's favorite is Cheese manakish - it is a levantine bread very similar to pizza. manakish can be of different flavor, from thyme to meat or cheese.
We love to have the Cheese manakish and take it with us to park. Those delicious very hot, gooey cheese in the bread is as heaven with a cup of Karak tea.
Karak tea is a sweet tea made from black tea with added milk and spices such as cardamon and cinnamon to name a few.
The breads are cheap but they are really delicious. Prices are from 1$ - 10$. Their sizes are also generous, a large bread can be enough for two person.
