Just for you, at the end of the day today I will post my lame step count, and hopefully some nice photos of the walk/beach to make up for the lack of activity.

I'm off and running, well, walking, and there will be at least an actifit related post at the end of my day - still 8 hours until midnight and I'll need every minute available to score a respectable count!
