We need to hook newbies and keep old-timers interested with challenges, but above all, we want this to be fun and interesting at the same time. Let Hive be the most fascinating, entertaining and satisfying thing there is for us.
In addition to quantifiable consistency, recognition of effort when we provide quality in what we do would be great.
